A woman appointed Vice President: Sales and Distribution for Kompania Piwowarska.

Kompania Piwowarska announces an appointment of Marzena Piórko to the position of Vice President: Sales and Distribution, effective 15 March. Marzena Piórko has replaced Kevin Brownsey who has been appointed Business Process Custodian – Sales for a European project.

Marzena Piórko has been working for Kompania Piwowarska since 1997 in the realm of sales and  trade marketing. Before assuming a position on the company’s board, she was Director: Operations.
Before she joined KP, Marzena managed sales in Leco Instrumente, a company from the organic industry where she was in charge of developing cooperation with clients in the B2B channel. Before that she had gained experience at PENTOR Research Company.

Marzena’s career at Kompania Piwowarska was severed for 12 months in 2003 when she cooperated with Agros Nova.  Before that, she had been in charge of sales development at the Tychy Brewery and for Regional Trade Marketing after the merger of the Tychy and the Poznań breweries. Since 2004, she headed Central Trade Marketing and assumed the position of the Central Region Director two years later. Commencing the process of changing KP’s business partners’ perceptions, she introduced the company to the most advanced formula of B2B cooperation in the FMCG industry.

“The achievement of 45% of market share is not only a reason for me to be proud of the KP team and a source of professional satisfaction but most of all an indication of my mission in the development of the organization”, said Marzena Piórko. “I believe that assuming the position of VP of the market’s leading player, I will have an opportunity to continue and expand my professional ambitions together with the company”, added Marzena.
